Form Personalization helps to customize a standard form in a controlled way and there are only a few things that can be achieved with Form personalization.
To open personalization form on the form navigate to Help -> Diagnostics -> Custom Code -> Personalize
Sometimes, when we click on Personalize , we see the below error-
to remove this error and to provide access to forms personalization function set the below profile option.
– Utilities:Diagnostics -> Yes / No
The diagnostics option can be enabled for a user / responsibility or site. it is usually recommended to set at user level so that the option is available only for the intended audience.
To set the profile option , navigate to System Administrator -> Profile -> System
Enter the user / responsibility for which you want to provide access for this.
Set the value to ‘Yes’ , If you want allow access to forms personalization at whichever level.
